Client Success & Analytics Specialist

Job description

• guide clients through the process of evaluating and using our analytics tools
• analyze results and prepare data-driven recommendations
• present findings and help clients understand what the results mean for their organization
• gather user feedback and collaborate with the development team on improving the product
• take part in developing methodology, reports, and new analytics features
• prepare presentations, training materials, and resources for users
• keep up with trends in HR analytics, artificial intelligence, and user experience

We’re looking for someone who:

• enjoys working with both people and data
• thinks analytically and knows how to connect numbers to business recommendations
• communicates clearly and can explain complex topics in simple terms
• is proactive, organized, and self-directed
• wants to help build an innovative product that organizations around the world will use

Additional skills and qualifications

• can easily explain the significance of data to others in an accessible way
• proactive with excellent communication skills, and a team player who enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative environment
• has strong organizational skills, and is motivated and flexible in their work
• advanced computer skills (MS Office)
• working proficiency in spoken and written English (at least C1 level); other languages are a plus
• category B driving licence

Preferred experience

Candidates with experience in the following will have an advantage:

• data analysis and interpretation
• working with SPSS, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Python (you don’t need to know all of them)
• B2B client work or consulting
• HR analytics, organizational development, or DEI topics
