Fina Awarded with the Inc.Q Equal Pay Certificate

Fina has officially been awarded the Inc.Q Equal Pay Certificate in the Leader category.

Fina has officially been awarded the Inc.Q Equal Pay Certificate in the Leader category. Leader is the highest level of Inc.Q certification, awarded exclusively to organisations that have demonstrated, through a rigorous, scientifically-based process of multivariate analysis, that there is no gender pay gap exceeding 5%, in accordance with the European Commission’s Pay Transparency Directive.

By earning the Inc.Q Equal Pay Certificate, Fina has joined the ranks of leading companies that actively prove that equal pay for equal work contributes to productivity, employee trust, and social responsibility.

“It is a great honour and pleasure for us to receive the Inc.Q Equal Pay Certificate, which confirms our strong commitment to the principles of equality and transparency in evaluating all employees. This recognition is the result of our systematic efforts to build an inclusive organisational culture where everyone has equal opportunities for development and advancement, regardless of gender or other personal characteristics. We believe that pay equality is key to sustainable business, employee satisfaction, and long-term success, and we will continue working diligently to maintain the highest standards in this area,” said Vinka Ilak, Member of the Management Board of Fina, at the award ceremony.

The Inc.Q pay analysis method involves a scientifically-based quantitative and qualitative evaluation of pay and reward systems, as well as professional opportunities for both women and men. It examines policies and practices that ensure equal opportunities, conducts statistical analysis of employee data and wages, and evaluates the gender pay gap itself. The next step involves implementing action plans for improvement, in line with identified needs.

“Fina has developed an objective pay system, aligned with business needs, employee contributions, and the ever-changing external environment, which ensures equal pay for equal work. Fina is also a shining example of gender-balanced leadership within the financial industry, which is characterised by the underrepresentation of women at the top management level,” highlighted Diana K. Deskovich, INC.Q founder and CEO.

In addition to ensuring equal pay for men and women, the Inc.Q Equal Pay Certificate also confirms that Fina has a high-quality, objective, and transparent pay grade system and classification system, along with clearly defined policies and practices related to gender equality, equal access to benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

“We are proud that our organisation has been recognised as a model of good practice in the area of pay equality. The Inc.Q Equal Pay Leader certificate confirms that we consistently implement a policy of equal opportunities and fair reward for all our employees. We thank all our colleagues for their dedication and contribution, and this recognition further motivates us to continue building a work environment where the rights and values of every individual are respected,” said Ivana Stanić, Director of Fina’s Human Resources Department.

Inc.Q evaluations and certificates are fully aligned with the requirements of European directives and provide companies with concrete support in the process of adapting their business practices.
